Carrara Media and Formula Drift partnered to welcome guests for an intimate preview of Life At Shutter Speed by Larry Chen, with vehicles and art pulled straight from the world of car culture.

A Personal Display of Passion

Chen displayed two of his personal vehicles, an R34 Skyline GT-R and his Toyota Supra camera car, while Formula Drift contributed a pair of race cars, honoring the machines that inspired Larry’s career.

Chapter One Comes to Life

Guests were invited to experience Chapter One of the upcoming book, printed and bound exclusively for the night. The room was designed to feel like a gallery, a garage and a celebration all at once.

A Community Brought Together

The guest list reflected the pulse of modern car culture: fellow photographers, drivers, media, collectors and creatives across the automotive space to celebrate Larry and his project.
